It was boneless skinless.
Just boiled it with bouillon and shredded it.
I ate 150 grams. I think around 300 kcal?
But the entries in mfp Im finding say lower?

I would say it's lower. For boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked without fat, i use 100g=160cals
if it helps, i use the entry for "perdue - cooked chicken breast" (important to differentiate weight by coked vs uncoked). That puts you at 212 cals, +/- a negligible count for the broth. If you like garlic, next time: bruise a couple of cloves and drop them into the poaching broth for extra flavor.0 -
"USDA chicken breast cooked" is what you should search for in the MFP database. Find the entry for 100g0
