Mine is being able to do Amayas (a downward figure eight done with the hips in belly dance) well. Gotta work on my core strength, my quad strength and protecting those knees and that back some more. …7 -

I ran on the treadmill at 4 MPH for 5 minutes without stopping. I'd never been able to run more than 1:30 at a time. :-) I attribute this to all the belly dancing I have been doing.30 -
