SHUFFLE dancing to lose weight!

Literally every day I'm shufflin' B)

It just may be the most fun cardio out there. Working out feels like a party! And side effect: you look more awesome at the club with the moves you learn!

All shufflers welcome here. Share tips, moves, tunes, nudes, whatever helps you get your shuffle on.

    :D I personally belly dance for fun/fitness. It does not feel like work *at all*, but I love it and have noticed a big difference since adding dance back in.

    Oooo that looks fun.

    I'll have to try it tonight when I'm home (and then I'll decide if I can't just add that in to my day at work. They already think I'm crazy as it is :tongue: )

    i can't shuffle, i'm way too uncoordinated. but i play the Wii DDR every night for an hour and burn all my cardio calories . Its way more fun than the dreadmill and since it wont stop raining, can't do my cardio outside
