AMAZING RACE - WINTER BLITZ!

JOIN OUR 8 WEEK TEAM CHALLENGE:
JANUARY 23RD - MARCH 19TH
We are in our last week of the Winter Season of the AMAZING RACE TEAM CHALLENGE, where TEAMS virtually race each week to reach unique destinations around the world! The challenge began on Monday January 23rd and will run through Sunday March 19th. It will help you stay active and accountable through team effort and support!
In order to accumulate "miles" to reach the destinations, each team member must log their exercise minutes on a spreadsheet daily. One minute of exercise equals one mile. The weeks run Monday-Sunday. Each new destination will be announced on Sunday evening (PST), starting January 22nd.
There are also mini-challenges along the way!! As we "travel", we complete one to two physical challenges, plus an accountability/nutritional challenge. Each challenge is worth a set amount of points. It is extremely important to your team that you participate in all of the challenges. The physical challenges may include cardio (such as dancing), strength and flexibility. They ALL can be modified to accommodate the weather or other physical impediments, so no worries on that one!
Each week the combination of mileage and challenge points will be added together. At the end of the eight weeks, the team with the most points wins!
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE INTERESTED, THERE IS ALSO AN OPTIONAL INDIVIDUAL WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE!
AN OPTIONAL WEIGH-IN SPREADSHEET IS AVAILABLE AND YOUR PERCENT OF WEIGHT LOSS IS AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED FOR YOU! THIS IS AN INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION AND DOES NOT FACTOR INTO TEAM POINTS!
