My scales show my weight up 2 lbs since weighing before my week away so not too desperate. Back into the groove now, whatever that is!!

Up this week again 1.4 lbs. , this is after doing 3 meals a day with no snacks. Decided not doing Brightline eating, too restrictive and way too much money $997. Back to my own plan. I will start
packing next week for our trip. Lost my Christmas weight but now on a stand still.

Stayed the same this week which isn't bad considering exercise was less due to awful weather and lack of dog walkies!

Hooray lost this week 1.2 pounds. Now to keep going until Tuesday when I leave for vacation.

And here we go again, stayed the same, seemingly regardless of what I do and more probably what I don't do.
However I've been doing a spot of soul searching.
Am I in reasonable good health for a woman of advanced years. So far:
YES
Is my hair back to staying put and not falling out:
YES
If I fall down am I liable to break a hip due to lack of protective fat:
NO (plenty of protective fat in the bum area so it would be from porous bones etc)
Do I catch many colds or the dreaded flu:
NO (can't remember the last time I caught a cold or flu and I don't think that is due to memory loss)
So dear fellow sufferers I respectfully withdraw from this challenge and accept what I'm stuck with in the knowledge my plumpness is not caused by excessive gluttony, but is in the family jeans. Whoops, Freudian slip, in the family GENES. See you next time on the Sneaker panel.

Anne - Sorry to see you leaving our pound a week club but everyone needs to do what they have to do.
Well you all know I was on vacation and sadly to say I gained 4 pounds on my holiday. Too much coconut bread and coconut cake. It was soooo good. I am sitting here in my jeans and they are
tight. Back on the weight loss horse again.
I will be making some changes so I hope I see a loss next week on the evil scale.
