Lost 1 lb (had lost 2 lbs over weekend but caught sight of a locally made pork pie yesterday and just had to buy and eat it!!)

I've changed my goals in the hope that this will get me out of a rut. Instead of trying for 1 lb loss per week, changed it to 0.5 lb. This gives me an extra 100 cals per day.1

Just happened to jump on the scales this morning because I had gained a couple of pounds last weekend in London so wanted to check. I've managed to shift them so am back where I was which makes me a stayed the same!!

Alas NO CHANGE. I know my problem. I need to eat less carbs, BUT I don't care for meat, so any tips for more protein other than some fish and more eggs. Happy weigh in Sandy and Jackie,
