Lost .o6 since last Friday.
Still on the starch solution 100% group however i did join the Maximun weight lost Group yesterday. it is the same almost Only I don't get as many starches as i did on the 100 % group and my fruit is cut down to 2 a day. This is supposed to be a rapid weight lost. Will see next week Weight in. my plate will be 1/4 of starch 3/4 plate of non starches veggies 2 Fruit a day Water, tea. I am down now to 173.6 my lowest weight since I join MFP back in 2008

Happy day Marie, you are consistently losing a great job!
I on the other hand is reporting a 2.4 weight gain from last week. I will be leaving tomorrow to go to the cottage for a week so will not weigh in next week even though we do get back on Monday. I want to give myself some time to get back to normal eating again before I weigh in.

So far this summer has not been a good start for losing weight but gaining has been no problem.
A small goal of September when i have my next weigh in at the doctor's office. So I gained 1.6
pounds this week.

I will NOT get on the scale until Monday which I have chosen as my scale day. I have been away so much this summer and keeping the weight down has been one hell of a challenge.
Don't count me out just yet, I will continue here since I have not doing the other weight challenge anymore. They all start out gang busters and then peter out at the end.

I think I've made the necessary changes to get it going back down. I guess I'll know by next Monday!0 -

I am at the cottage still until Monday but probably won't weigh in after this week. I will give myself another week of getting back to South Beach Phase 2, smaller portions and such. Good luck everyone!

PS - I did weigh myself before I left for the cottage and didn't like what I saw. Lots of work to do.

We got home Monday from the cottage so I am waiting a week to get back on the scale again.
I have been cutting calories this week and keeping with exercise. I will weigh in on Monday.
