Between 2 and 3 lbs for me, the scale hovers over one then the other but here I am sitting enjoying a Jive chocolate caramel finger with my tea so no one's fault but my own! Will try harder next week.

Me too! However, two days ago I started eating more veggies and NO sugary things so I have great hopes for next weekend.
Still at the extra 2lbs over Christmas. No change.

Oh dear, still stuck at what's now 4 lb over where I want to be. Possibly due to smoked mackerel for yesterday's lunch.... that's my excuse anyway!!

Well, I appear to have lost a lb.
However, my eyes are a bit wonky, the scale figures are small and it won't last anyway !0 -

My weight still isn't moving but then I was invited out for birthday cake and wine last night so not a good combination!! As I keep saying, must try harder.

As usual have to wait another week to see if I've lost. The pants feel looser! I really do need a scale designed for shortsightedness and shows ounces as well as pounds.

That's ok Sandy. I did weigh this morning and no change but I want to lose one more pound by the end of this month then a couple each in March and April so will be good this week!

Had my morning shower at the leisure centre before a swim yesterday so no chance to weigh, then this morning got distracted. Will do my best to remember in the morning!

I'm sticking to weigh in on Mondays. It keeps me on track over the tempting weekends! No willpower otherwise if somebody turns up with a treat and I think I've got five days to get me back to where I was.
