    Sandy, like the new motto, Never Give Up!

    I lost 1.6 pounds this week. Still reading "Intuitive Eating", no dieting involved, no counting calories,
    no tracking food, no meal plans. Just on how you feel, eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. So far so good and feeling liberated after 25 or more years of dieting. This is a long process but at the end you will be the weight you should be, maybe not the weight that you think you should be but what your body says you should be.

    You sure can Nancela.....some of weigh in on Friday (I wasn't home this week) and some prefer to weigh in on Mondays....you choose the day of the week you like and I will adjust.
