Gained just over 1 lb which means I'm now close to 4 lbs over my target. I'm sure it's down to naughty nibbles between meals so slapped wrist and back to sensible eating!0
-
I forgot to post on Friday...so will remember this week although I know I am up about 2 or 3 pounds due to naughty nibbles as well.

Only 5 days since my previous weigh in so not too surprised I stayed the same although the scales did try to drop a few ounces but then bounced back up!!0

There I was about to weigh before my shower when the phone rang and it was the driver bringing my tiles looking for directions. By the time I returned to shower the scales were forgotten! Will definitely weigh in Monday.1

I think that now I'm back to my pre summer weight I will have trouble shaking any more weight off. I remained the same for ever last winter despite really trying to stick to 1200 cals a day.
0.5 lost. (3lbs since starting 5 weeks ago)0 -

Shock, horror, according to my scales this morning I've gained 3 lbs after a week of salads, soup and long walks.....
Jackie0 -
Something must be wrong with your scales Jackie. That, or you didn't notice naughty Brady standing behind you. Don't despair! Maybe a weather change affecting the machinery? Hugs, Anne.
PS. I've started weigh in on a Friday but out of curiosity stepped on the scales this morning and I'm up a bit as well.0 -
As predicted earlier, stuck again, so........
No change.
Anne0 -
Checked Brady wasn't behind me then weighed and ignoring the fractions I will say I've lost 2 lbs although probably a tiny bit more.
Weather definitely changing Anne, so perhaps getting back to porridge for breakfast will help!
