I keep forgetting but doubt I’ve lost any weight because like you Sandy, I’ve enjoyed salty snacks and also had a couple of glasses of red wine at the weekend. Moving on to Friday 😇1

Good loss Sandy. My weight is stuck rather than plateaued but I know I’m not helping myself. Lunchtime I enjoyed a smoked bacon sandwich and this evening smoked mackerel, sweet potato chips with sea salt and a small whole grain snack pack... more sodium!
