Lost 2 lbs.........in the last three weeks. That's because not a cookie, not a muffin, not a chocolate bunny passed my lips! Lack of naughty rations during this shutdown works miracles!1

Lost those 2 lbs the chocolate Easter bunny put on last week. If I could get my hair cut I'd probably lose another!! ๐ฉ1

Not for me. Just going up I think. Maria brought me Apple cake, a friend mailed me cookies and Mary Jo just gave me a big bowl of vegetarian chili. My lucky day! Unbelievable.1

Jackie....... Oh-oh, back up 2 lbs, no doubt because I bought a bottle of red wine in the week so enjoyed a glass with evening meals Thursday and last night. Still more in the bottle so I'll wait until Monday to begin a strict eating routine otherwise my weight will keep creeping up. Seriously, I need to lose at least 10 lbs and normally this time of year I'm in control but missing my long walks across the moors and boredom stuck at home has me snacking. No more excuses.....2

Lost 0.5 lbs.
I've got to get serious as well. Need to lose 2lbs to get back to Christmas weight.
Then another 2 lbs to an acceptable weight.
Then hopefully down a bit more after that.
I've just done a half hour walk, it's a start!0 -
