3 lbs gained but since I have little appetite but am retaining fluids with the one leg and ankle twice the size of the other I'm assuming that's why. Logging it anyway.0

No point me going near my scales until I'm moving with a bit more speed and of course eating less comfort food!1

I don't fancy jumping on the scales either! Too much eating comfort food and lack of exercise due to ice. Starting afresh NOW.0
