    It sure helps novo nordisk.
My insurance pays 50% of the contract price
    with Wal-mart, I pay the other 50%.

In the past it has worked well. Usually I can
cut back on my insulin using it.

111 this morning, I had my keto dirty refeed, diet, and diabetes cheat day yesterday... "*kitten* got real." ^_^ 5k of cals, 500g of carbs, etc. I'm feeling ok about my numbers after that kinda abuse. It seems like, losing 50 lbs has helped a *LOT* on how my numbers respond... nother 80 to go.

    Yesterday:

    Breakfast @ 950
    Milkshake @ 1020
    1hpp Brealfast @ 1055 bs:113

6.8 (123) this morning. A few hours later, after my coffee, 3.7(67). Very, very shakey. So, I had breakfast. More protein than carbs and it only went up to 3.8(68). So I had a Greek yogurt. But, on the good stuff de, I'm not feeling sick or in pain anymore.

77 this morning. Just had an appt with my endochronologist. 5.5 A1C. In December it was 13.something. Yay progress.

That's awesome, how did you do that?

I've been working out about 3-4x a week. I've radically changed my diet and no more mike and Ike's

Any hints what your new diet's like? ;)

I'm starting to gravitate towards a Whole Foods, plant based diet. Not 100% there yet, but about 4/7 days a week are plant based. I've been doing this for about 5 months now.

220......I've been away for a while obviously seeing that number. Thought I had it all under control and then stopped testing because I "knew" what I was doing. Nothing like a hospital visit with your sugar over 400 to fix that!

69 too low? Hmm. I'm regularly in the 60s, never been a problem.

If you felt crummy, it may have been due to a large post-insulin BG drop; but you'll get that dialed in working with your new endo!

Back in my more reckless days. I had a very friendly meter
often in the morning it just said "Hi" to me :/
I've been at this so long I don't feel highs or lows anymore.

I was way shakey...and im just not used to it being that low. With my pancreas issues I'm not supposed to have my numbers below 95 or 100 per my gastroenterologist.

Seems like your pancreas would be under more stress the higher your BG....?? If your GI is trying to guard against hypos, you might want to verify that your endo is on board with such a high bottom end of your glucose range. (Lots of things to balance, and different docs may have different priorities.)
