78 this morning and I forgot my metformin last night! Basically, very little carbs for dinner caused that. Tonight is pizza, so that won't be a problem tomorrow.1

It's been a little crazy with Tropical storm Colin...thankfully only a few things blew around & lots of rain. I guess I don't need to water this week. I'm catching up-6/3 & 6/4 were still up at 128 & 110 (ok) Yesterday, 6/6=127 & today was 130. That's almost two weeks of numbers 15-20 pts higher than I usually run. I don't know why though "(0

The problem is just not eating is that you could slow your metabolism down and make it harder for you to lose weight. The key is balanced meals with healthy portion sizes, not to stop eating. Adding some protein like fish or grilled chicken or something like that might be helpful to keep you full.0 -

5.4 (97.2) No more stomach pain today. Still didn't eat much yesterday though. Off to the rheumatologist today. Fingers crossed that she'll finally end the prednisone.1
