Oh,oh, done 4:3 this week and saw a new number this morning. Now need to be steady over the weekend to consolidate it. Next week looking more complicated ...may need to try a b2b if I'm going to get 3 fasts in.
Wishing you all a fun-filled weekend.

I feel like a little child that just had christmas, birthday and easter all on the same day! Enjoyed my day, love the outcome and celebrated with friends in the evening....what more can anyone wish for!

Paper won't come out until December. So that link will have to wait.

For comparisons sake....a few before pics...

Now off to bed. It's 11h45 and my carriage is about to turn into a pumkin! It is a work day tomorrow!

Omg, Fluuuuuumiiii! That's an incredible transformation. Like you went into a caterpillar cocoon and came out all happy and hot-looking. (you looked like a happy person before too) But the makeover made you absolutely exuberant :D

@Snaps, you've done incredibly well too!

Ladies, I'm so impressed by your stamina and endurance through it all. This is proof that it IS possible to turn things around. It's NEVER too late.

Pictures do say more than a 1000 words in this case.

Thanks Foami! I'm still kind of on cloud nine B)

Without wanting it to sound strange...I never knew, I could look that beautiful! It's like, for the first time I really saw myself. This day not only changed me on the outside, something really changed inside too. I wasn't expecting that. Who knows, where that will lead....

@flumi you're a mega hottie! so glad you got to celebrate all the hard work you've put in :D

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I'm feeling grateful I still got a loss this week after feeling a bit off lately. .8 down this week, but biggest accomplishment is being under 295! Another 5 pound increment done. And even more mind-blowing to me after feeling stuck in the 300's forever is still having a 2 at the beginning of that number. Since I weighed in on the 8th under 300 I haven't seen that number again! Celebrating everyday!

    16 weeks done!

Had a great week. Lost 1.8lbs, down over 10lbs over all. Doing the happy dance. :joy:

Keep it going ladies and gentlemen. It has been wonderful to celebrate our successes together. A little bit at a time will get us where we want to be.

    Week 12 - 1.8 lbs (0.82 kg)
Total loss as of 11/21/14 10.8 lbs (4.90 kg)

It's not strange...it is perhaps the most powerful thing (thus far) that I've read on MFP. I want to say I can hear the sincerity in your voice, but that's because I can only imagine someone who's just experienced something life changing saying what you just said.

    I applaud you...truly.

Got out for my third run of the week and managed 5 miles. Slow but steady. Weigh in tomorrow after my first 4:3 week. Although I've got fingers crossed for a magical loss, the thing about this eating pattern is that you just know it'll happen eventually. So it's easier to cope with the "no change" weigh-ins.
Feel free to quote that back at me when I'm snivelling tomorrow!

@carb. So pleased for you. Each milestone is precious. The journey matters as much as the destination.

@flumi. Logging back in today and seeing your pics has made me smile. Your "happy on the inside" is just bursting out for all to see.
