I love PiYo! I used it when I was training for my half. Really stretches and strengthens the muscles!!
Keep up the good work, ladies!! I did Combat 45 today and was SUPER energized after!!0 -
Day 38: Combat 60: Ultimate Warrior down and holy cow! If I thought Extreme Cardio was intense, Warrior kicked my butt!! I'm seeing stars! Loved every minute though, even with my muscles screaming at me!0 -
I just did that one yesterday and I loved it as well!!0

I don't know if it's because the moves were different or what, but man I felt like I was starting from the beginning all over again. Woke up soreeee today lol, like I hadn't been working out this entire time lol! I loveee it though!0

Day 39: Shock Plyo complete! Been a while since a HIIT workout was on the schedule, and man did I feel those leg and arm muscles that I worked yesterday. On a side note: 39 days into Combat, and I still loathe Burpees lol, but I am getting better at them

I don't blame you for not enjoying those burpees. By the time you are done you really feel worked though. I did the Lower Body Lean Out workout yesterday, and that one has burpees in it too. I was thinking Rach why are you torturing me. Out of all the add on Warrior workouts, I would have to say that the lower body one is the toughest.0

Ugh, burpees....0

Rach has a thing about torturing us I think! lol. I am pretty sure my burpees look nothing like when they do them, but you're right by the time I'm done I feel worked for sure!infinikitty wrote: »Ugh, burpees....

Day 41: Switching out Thursday's rest day for today, having a little bit of back pain that started last night while working out and I want to give my body a day to rest before I jump back in it. Remember to listen to your bodies guys! Better to take a rest day, then to push an injury to the point that it puts you out for a while.0 -
Good idea! Hope your back feels better!0

Day 43: Combat 60: Ultimate Warriors Workout!! Kicks my butt everytime!!! 43 days down, 17 to go!!! My back is feeling much better, no pain at all today! Looks like resting yesterday was the right choice

No picture today, but I got my Pump on! Tried out the starter disc of Pump instead of doing Combat today, even got my brother involved which was awesome Realized how much I do need to build my strength. I have never really lifted and I could tell lol, but it's another goal to reach. 16 Days of Combat left!! Wewt!0

Woohoo! I want to bust mine out, too, but I think I'll wait awhile longer. I was happy today was a rest day0

Day 49 was a rest day. Day 50: Power HIIT, and Day 51: Combat 45 down! 9 days to gooo! I was actually able to do some of the jumping knee kicks today! I remember when I first started and couldn't make it completely through the normal knees without having to take a short break between them. Progress!!

Combat 60 live made me feel like I was starting from the beginning the first time I did it, in a good way. I think it was because it was all so new, and my muscles were feeling the change!

I'm so excited...I get to do the 60 live for the first time tomorrow and I'm super stoked!!! Did regular Combat 60 and Shock Plyo today since the hotel I stayed at Friday night didn't have a remote for the DVD player to change the workout from HIIT1 to HIIT2 (and the disc didn't work in my computer either) and did the Polar Plunge 5k race and plunge yesterday. So doubling up today made me fee GOOD...and did a 3.75 mile walk with a friend, too. Haha...I'm on FIRE :-)0

Wow!! Get it girl!! 60 live is awesome, doing it tonight once I get finished with this homework. Been a major procrastinator today, but I'll get it done, even if it's late! lol One week to go!

What is the Polar Plunge? I meant to ask and apparently I thought it but didn't type it? lol0

Day 53: Ultimate Warrior Down! 7 Days to go, the final day is actually a rest day, because of the shifting around workouts I did some weeks. So 6 workout days left, 7 days of the program left! Sooo excited!

It's an annual plunge in Virginia Beach to support Special Olympics! There's a 5k race that morning, too. I've done the race twice before, but never the plunge itself (running into the freezing Atlantic Ocean haha). My friend has twins and one of them has Down Syndrome, so she will be in Special Olympics one day...so we started doing this after they were born!0

Aww that is awesome I work in a special needs school, I'm a paraprofessional for a group of 11 babies, 18 months old to 3 years old all with different needs. I absolutely love it. Sweetest babies in the world

Day 54: Rest day. I'm having back pain today, I think I may have agitated it when I was lifting one of the kids at work today. Gonna to let my back recoup and jump back in tomorrow to be safe.
