Extremely disappointed with myself. Everything was going fine and then wham, i'm stuffing my face with food. Not even sure why. That's what really frustrates me. Starting to wonder if I'm having hormonal problems, because everything will be fine and dandy, and then out of the blue the hopelessness, anxiety and depression takes over in an overwhelming fashion. It's miserable. My other thought is can I have an endorphin withdrawal? Because yesterday was a planned rest day, but I've started to notice that bingeing takes over on rest days. Does my mood plummet because I've skipped my workout, making me more likely to binge? I'm not sure, but it's something I'll keep an eye on, because I am really tired of this, and I just want to figure what makes me binge, so I can end it.

I can say that on days I don't plan my typical workouts, the lack of endorphin's, coupled with my already low testosterone does result in increased depression, which also can lead to self-medication by means of binging or at least over-eating binge foods & especially carbs. I think you are on to something.

This may not sound like much, but I'm glad to get 2 binge-free days in a row, after my massive 6-day binge.

^^ Believe me, it is the small wins that carry us through! Great job!
