I am sticking with the same goals this week, 30 days makes a habit :) . I am reading The New Rules of Lifting (Waiting for the New Rules of Lifting for Women to come in the mail) and will start working that program on Monday. I just need to keep focused and keep taking my baby steps. :)

Hi EM, Walking and cycling are highly over rated, I get very bored doing it. I have always been a great Lord of the Rings fan. I read a post about this challenge and thought it sounded really cool.

I use a pedometer for my walking and cycling (I wear it all day) and I am slowly making my way to Mordor. It is a few miles longer to get to Mordor but one never knows what they might meet on such a journey. ;)

That sounds like a great idea, I may just adjust it for my own sake and walk to the beautiful beaches of Passe Grill, St. Petersburg FL... Might be just the motivation I need.

Thank you very much.. and good luck on your journey

Oh Em that sounds fun! I am not sure where you live but I live in MN and our winters are very gray and dreary. That would be an awesome challenge to walk to where it is warm and sunny. B)

16 days and 6.4 pounds to go to reach 154 by New Year's day. It's getting close and whether it happens of not, I intend to cross the December 31st line at a sprint! :)
