well... since this group seems to be inactive now... I think I will be leaving.

Too sad. The challenges were a nice way to keep me accountable. I hope everyone is staying active. Keep it up!! There will always be setbacks, but don't let those stop you!!

I'm doing a 100 day challenge with my sister starting today to intentionally walk/run everyday for 100 days. Can I hang out here?

Yes! It seems lonely without company. Just came back from 2.5 miles at the track. It was enjoyable even after a week off for flu.

Sorry for not staying close to group! This is a very Positive grp of people. Had a few set backs, not giving up! One thing for sure I won't be doing much running! It looks like walking will have to do! Of course riding has become my life!

Rode 27.5 mi over the weekend. Riding in a fun charity ride on Sat. going for 20 miles.

Hi Marathon! Glad you're back. I've started C25K to ease back into running and have even been out in our single digit temps. Below zero today though so I'll be on the treadmill :'(

Have you been fitted for proper shoes? I ran with shin splints for 2 years until I discovered zero drop Altras. I switched because of the wider toe boxes, but the zero drop seems to have helped the shin splints too - double bonus!
