I see you have a Hybrid bike. I bought this type of bike last fall. I swamped out the hybrid tires and installed Gator skin tires on bike. Original tires made the bike way to heavy. I was told I can actually install mountain bike tires also. Just installed multi-use pedals which I can clip in or ride with running shoes. Actually prefer clips.

Total slackers on posting but at least I've still been out! I've bumped my runs and Saturday hit seven miles!!!! Today is my 32nd birthday- I ran five miles, sweated a river because of the humidity and had pizza and wine for dinner. Pizza is the best birthday food!!!!! Here's my totals for the year
