I got a good 10.0 mile ride in on the stationary bike tonight putting me into the green for about 40 minutes (until midnight). :laugh:

19.5 miles at spin class tonight. I was able, for the most part, to keep up with the class - although it is clear I did not stretch well enough at the end, as my right quad is really REALLY tight tonight. I'm going to do some foam rolling after I update the spreadsheet. My hip is feeling sore but not super painful. We'll see how it is tomorrow morning.
