Ice and snow storm here in NC. Managed to get out of work on time, despite six "sick" calls. The drive home was scary - my Fitbit showed my heart rate in the 90s at the lowest. Went to see if I could at least stroll around the block and get some steps in, but a lot of the bigger streets were walkable so I ended up walking through the 55 and up part of the subdivision. Did two laps for 3.6 miles. Glad I was able to get outside since the gym is closed today.

I got in 15.6 miles on the bike. Hip hurt a little less this week, but I think it's going to be pretty sore tonight. Got an Rx for muscle relaxers and chiropractic care. Maybe that will help.

It has been a very long time since I have been able to ride without layers of warm fleece. It is 65 and clear blue sky. Here in NW Oregon, I know we are going to pay for this eventually, but I am going to be out every day I can :-)
