    In for FEB...staying at 100 miles..i know it's quite doable for me but with all the other stuff i have happening i think that's a safe mileage.

    Starting the month out with 5 out of 300. Not a good start but better than zero. Tomorrow is a rest day so that's all I'm going to get for the next couple days.

    Alright here it goes...I signed up for a 10K first week of June :o This will be my first race longer than a 5K and I am super nervous. I am upping my goal to 40 (eek) miles this month, even though I have struggled to hit my old go-to of 25 because I really need the push to train for this 10K....Heres to new experiences!!

    Hey everyone!!! I am REALLY excited about a couple of things with the January Challenge results that I will announce when all the numbers are finalized!!!

    I just added a lunch walk of 1.7 miles to get on the board. Gym bag is also packed to do some more moving after work tonight!

    The first day of February did not start out well, but today was awesome. Lots of wind, but in between rain storms. @sufferlandrian‌, you know you are going to kill it, those 300 miles. Just as soon as I can get more than 15 rides a month and some decent weather, then I will go back up to 200 to 300 a month. I am going through the cycling tour schedule for this year, seeing what I am going to sign up for, give those 'proper cyclists' an *kitten* ripping.

    02/01 - 1.0 miles walking
    02/02 - 11.0 miles cycling

    Total: 12.0 miles
