@KAYAK_KUTIE - Sorry about your pedometer! If you have a pretty good idea what your distance was that week you lost, go ahead and let me know. It doesn't have to be perfectly accurate, but be conservative with your estimate and I'll gladly add it.

I'm finally back . . . Took some time off to recoup and definitely added some pounds along the way. So glad to be back on-track, foccussed and moving my *kitten* again!!! Since February is a short month, so I'll keep it simple with a goal of 100 miles.
*ps: We have been getting a blizzard a week here in New England, so my miles will be completed indoors (spin, track and/or swim).0 -

Someone at work wanted to do tonight's shift and I selflessly sacrificed my hours (conveniently it's the day before I have six nights off) - what can I say, I'm a giver.
Despite my car deciding to break down three blocks from my home and currently being held hostage at the garage, I took a stress relieving 4 mile walk.
