    Walked 5 miles on 3/12/15 with Leslie's Walk Slim 3 fast miles dvd. I did it once all the way thru and then did 2 more miles using it also.

    Today I did some spring cleaning so I didn't have time to go out and walk even though the weather was very nice. Squeezed in a 3 mi. LS dvd instead. Have a good day all!

    3/12 LS dvd Walk Away Your Waistline 3mi.
    3/11 outdoor walking 3 mi.
    3/10 Cardioke/dancing DVD 2 mi.
    Total: 31/50

    Wonderful walking y'all. I took a rest day from exercise today. It was a beautiful day today so I hung out laundry, opened the windows, and got a jump on some spring cleaning. The garden is calling to me :smiley: also.

    3/5 LS 3 miles = total 10 miles
    3/8 LS 30 min of fast burn guessing equals 2 miles as well as
    30 min daily –guessing equal 2 miles total of 1 hour & 4 miles =Total 14 miles
    3/10 LS Firm for 25 min-unable to be on the floor-exercise
    Follow by the 30 min daily for total of 4 miles = Total 18 miles
    3/11. LS 20 min fast burn total 1 mile followed by the 30 min fast burn total 2
    miles =3 miles Total of 21 miles. (Feb I walked total of 27, wow I have improved)
    3/12 LS 40 min fast burn = 3 miles total of 24 miles
    Total: 24 miles 3/12/15

    Hi everyone! I'm new to the group, but I have a little bit of previous experience with Leslie's DVDs. I'm ready to get back into using them regularly, so I'm excited to have a litle bit of accountability! For the rest of March, I'm going to set a goal of 30 miles. Happy Walking!

    Walked 3 miles with Leslie's Walk Slim 3 fast mile dvd. My wonderful hubby did it with me. Kinda funny looking we were but oh so much FUN.

    Friday (March 13th) Debbie Rocker's Walk, Sculpt and Tone. All of the strength segments and some of the cardio (around 45 minutes).

    0 DVD miles.

    0 outdoor minutes.

    0 mini walks from Walk Blaster DVD.

    45 minutes "other" kinds of exercise, including strength.

    February goal: at least 2-3 miles or 30-45 minutes 5-6 days a week.

    So far: 22 Leslie/ or other walking DVD miles

    So far: 0 outdoor minutes (in the neighborhood or in a park)

    So far: 0 mini walks from Walk Blasters DVD

    So far: 75 minutes "other" kinds of exercise, including strength

    My March goal is 100 miles of walking, and 20 days over 10,000 steps

    Mar 1 - 13th - 51.4 miles / (8/20 days)

    Mar 14th - 2 miles outside - the weather is warming up and the ground wasn't muddy yet.

    The day is not done yet - but I needed to mark my spot.

    Welcome to all the new people. It is encouraging to see everyone's goals and their ways to reach their goals.
