    These are the best two pictures I have on my new device. I'm down 100 pounds in roughly 14 months. 60 was just pure change in diet. 40 was a combination of diet and exercise. None of it was counting calories in / calories out, just aiming to keep carbs below 30 g a day. BTW, the bearded dragon is my daughter's and he is awesome!

    Wow I love this post! It is so inspiring for a newbie like me. So far I am down 4 pounds and my belly has gone down a lot and I have lost 1/2 inch on my hips. I hope one day to have amazing before and after pictures. I will get there. Thank you all for the inspirations! You are amazing and way to go!

    I took my before pictures wearing just underwear, so even when I look fabulous I probably won't show them for comparison. LOL

    Yours too!!! Sometimes it is hard to be motivated by people you don't know personally because you imagine they have some crazy willpower or available time that you don't have.
    My biggest success with motivating people has been at work. They know me and know I'm nothing out of the ordinary. As I got closer to my current weight I put up old pictures and everyone thought they were from before I worked here. So far between 5 of us at work we've lost over 400 each in our own way.

    Looking good everyone. Bacon, I don't see where you've got much more to lose. Of course, people say that to me. I happen to know where the fat still hangs out, that they can't see.
