And the humor has just been posted, Enjoy.
Hi
I'm back from walking and no cents. The Temperature out the door was 67 degrees and It felt OK for the the outbound leg, then semi uncomfortable walking due to humidity. The Dew Point is in the 6os which is considered uncomfortable. I did see two deer run across the road after I passed my turnaround point.

Hi JoanneGood morning..
Well, we're getting plenty of rain, don't have to water. Sunny and pretty out so far this a.m. Did some grocery shopping and worked on getting some of my paintings ready for the county fair coming up this week. I think I'll find a couple of pieces of my pottery too to enter into the other county fair (also coming up this week.) I live on the edge of 4 counties.
Will do a little cleaning today and maybe run some more errands. Should be a fairly quiet day.
Happy Sunday, everyone.
The rest of the week looks like a rerun of last week sadly.
Two different County Fairs, Lucky You. Our state fair is held to far away to go.
Have a Nice Week
RogerIreneMurman wrote: »hi all went for a nice walk finally no rain take care all
It is a shame that the humidity makes it less than comfortable walking. Even with the overnight temperature Being in the 60s it was only semi comfortable walking.
Have a Nice Day

Good morning.
Interesting that the Russian retirement age is lower than the US retirement age, and our life expectancy is decreasing while theirs is increasing (ours is still higher.)
Overcast this a.m. I have a massage scheduled for this morning, and acupuncture this afternoon. Got a little off schedule. I usually do them on different weeks. I may try to change my follow up for the pain Dr to this week instead of next.
Anyway....another week. Hope you all have a good one.0 -

Less than one block from the House I took a jog to the left side of the street to stay clear of the Skunk on the right side of the roadway.

Good morning.
Stained glass and clay today. Looks overcast so far this a.m. P.M. T-storms expected.
Irene, Russian cuisine: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_cuisine It seems they have a lot of homegrown veggies and things which is good, but overall the diet looks a little heavy to me. I'm sure like here, there are people who watch what they eat. Interesting.

And even more humor, Enjoy the Cat images
Hi
I'm back from walking and no cents. The Temperature out the door was 75 degrees and uncomfortable walking due to humidity.
Today the forecast is for rain and since I saw where it had rained lightly before I left, Outbound I was drizzled on for part of the way, Likewise on the return, Not heavy enough to put on the rain poncho thankfully as that would have blocked what little breeze there was. Bottom Line I am going that we already hit the 100% mark for rain today with this mornings weather forecast showing more and heavier rain headed this way. The overnight temperatures did not drop worth a darn as it was 76 at 10PM

Stay Dry after seeing today's weather forecast

good morning, well when we started out on our walk it was dry but it was so humid on our way back home it started to rain and it really hasn't stopped. We had to cancel the plumber for the heater he will come tomorrow instead too much rain. take care everyone0

Good morning.
Lots of t-storms in the forecast. I don't think I've seen this before, we had a falling tree weather alert today, apparently because the ground is saturated. I'm wondering how all the climate change deniers are explaining all the extreme weather in the world. Or maybe they don't notice?
Getting my hair colored today. That'll be nice.
Tomorrow I'll be helping out getting the art class's paintings to the fairgrounds.
I was able to change my followup with the Spine and Pain Dr. to this Friday, so that's good.

Gilpin County Residents Unnerved By Anonymous Arson Threat
A photo of the message appeared in a resident’s Facebook page July 25th. That resident’s post said the message — “We started the fires! Be ready” — was left the night before on State Highway 46 near the Gilpin County Fairgrounds.
Several major wildfires ignites across the state and most if not all counties enacted fire restrictions or outright fire bans during that time.
One of those wildfires, the Spring Fire, has burned almost 108,000 acres of forest and 148 buildings, including many homes. A man has been arrested for starting it; he is charged with arson.

It sounds as if I was lucky that I only got drizzled on and it was not enough to make me put on the Rain Poncho. The Humidity was bad enough.
The walking today was marginally better despite the humidity being in the oppressive range due to a light breeze.
Good Luck with the Heater

I have to admit that I have seen them mention that trees may fall due to saturated ground, OTOH it was never given as a falling tree weather alert.
I can take a try at explaining how...
The explanation is likely as simple as saying that one or two years do not make a trend ?
Good Luck with the transporting to the fairgrounds

Off to painting class this a.m. Probably mostly spend time getting things ready for the fair.

The Humidity sucks the get up and go out of me so I am not surprised Youaren't walking as much.
They are saying Sunday & Monday are the best days to mow the lawn in yesterdays weather forecast. The temperatures will still be hot and humid, the only rationale for those days is no rain in the forecast for them.
