    Good morning.
Mostly sunny with a high of 84 today...nice summer day. We had some storms yesterday too, didn't realize subways were flooding...that's pretty severe. At least it's cooled down today.
Roger, I think they don't make towels the way they used to...they are only a few years old and fraying. Maybe the washing machines are rougher? Anyway, it's nice to have new ones.
Irene, sounds like you're getting plenty of exercise.
    Hi Jo.
I made an appt for a spine injection for Thursday, but have to change it, didn't realize hubby is doing surgery prep that day, and I'll need a ride. Next week will be good for me. The pain doc was really nice. I hope this works.
I have my regular dental cleaning today and a visit with the functional doc. Getting tired of all these appts! But at least my teeth will be all clean and shiny.
    Happy Wednesday, everyone.

And I have now posted more humor

    Hi
I'm back from walking with one beat up penny. The Temperature out the door was 70 degrees and It was comfortable and even better when the breeze blew. The rain and thunderstorms in the forecast for Tuesday rumbled through the area on schedule.

Before I forget I did see Four Deer crossing the street ahead of me as I was walking.

Good morning, Well we actually slept in to 5am we all were tired so I walked Annie myself only did about 35 minutes too hot outside for her to be walking. I did come home and did 45 minute dvd the one we use to get with ns Leslie really wore me out. What's nice about this dvd it also did floor exercises . Well my plans is to clean more closets or maybe start on the basement vets pick up next Monday so the more I can get rid of the better . take care everyone Vix good luck at the spine and pain dr
    Hi Irene
I would be happy if I slept in until 5AM once in a while, I seem to be getting up earlier and earlier as time goes by.

Yesterday, Tuesday, Was not nice while walking. I did go to the post office as I had 6 items to mail. One was a return mailer from HP to return the empty ink cartridge as well as three payments by my brother and two by me.

Floor exercises would be tough for me as I do not spring to my feet like I did in the past, Now I need something to help pull myself up, oh well it is better than no being.

    Have a Nice Day

    Hi Vix
At least there was no storm damage around here. Lots of road flooding in some areas.
The old washer used to rotate and the new one the agitator goes up and down, Top loaders FWIW and a front loader dryer. Neither my Brother or I are all the enthused with front loading Washers.

I have no doubt that price has risen and quality, quantity or size has dropped on many items.

I hope that pain Doc is able to remove the pain for You, Too many Appointments IMO.

I hope that Your Hubbies Prep and surgery goes well and speedily.

Roger, interesting stories about the diamonds and the tumor cell magnet. Pretty scary about the voting machines. There should be specific regulations on voting machine software/hardware, something that would be enforced. I hope they can clean up before the next election. Too many idiots running things.

I am not surprised that people do or do not show up for the showing. Some of that I suspect is due to the realtor, Some are better than others :(

    Good evening;
I just finished catching up with the posts.
Vix-I hope Pete is up and about soon. Are you getting a Cortisone injection in your spine?
I hope it gives you relief. Thanks for asking after Sophie. She seems to be doing better. Her tail is still lumpy. The Vet said it could take a month to see some results.
Irene-Did you have an open house or do they just show the house by appt.?
They do have cones for cats, but I think Sophie would be miserable if she had to wear one.
    Hi Roger.
Nothing new here, just enjoying this cooler weather.
I found 2 cents this week.
We put up a humming bird feeder and have had one coming every afternoon. Hubby has taken pictures and a video with his camera.
    Have a great evening. :)

    Hi
I'm back from walking and no cents. The Temperature out the door was 72 degrees and It was semi comfortable walking due to a off and on breeze. The Rain forecast for overnight happened and there was a bit of a drizzle on the outbound and after a period of no moisture the drizzle started again around 3 blocks from the house.

The outdoors temperature went up overnight, At bedtime it was 68 degrees on the porch, this morning it was 72 degrees and it also felt more humid, Yuck :(
