weekend update...5-29 - 30 (over on protein), 5-30 - 30 (1 gram over on fat..so close!) and 5-31 - 40 (although protein was dismally low..) = 100 + 870 = final total....9700

yeah, but I figured it should be a wash because sunday was way way low protein...and most excellent job on your numbers heat!!0
