Survived a family get-together with my streak intact. It was one of those unknown menu situations at a fancy banquet hall. Good news was they had a buffet so I could serve myself. Made a first trip to survey the options and just get a plate of salad & veggies. Then went back for the main course after doing some quick mental math on choices and calories. Ended up the day with a slight deficit! Gremlins were crawling all over that place!0 -
Buffets... they are a gremlins breeding ground! You did really well though. Coming away from a buffet with a deficit is great!0
