Looking back, Sundays are my toughest, too much free time the day after grocery shopping. I'm going to try pre-logging my whole day this week and see if I can keep those critters off me!0 -

Not only did I beat them to finish off the month, I went and rode my bike again after completing my log for the day!0 -
First of the month, time to renew count & my goals for October
- Stay at or under my calorie target
- Only eat measured portions while sitting down (No open bags or containers)
- Exercise at least 30 minutes/day - mix at least 3 different workouts/week
- Pre-log as much as possible and especially if I am eating out
