The Funnel Cake Gremlin. I know him well. Thank heavens I have not been to a street fair or anything like it all summer of I tremble to think of the horrors that would have occurred. My Gremlins yesterday included the The Scale Hasn't Moved In 2 Months Why Bother Gremlin. He is awful and completely got me yesterday. Him and his little friends!0 -

Yes, that's what I've been doing. Nikki just keeps her 4 goals on a daily basis.

I keep track of daily accomplishments, math not being my strong point. It really is a fun exercise to keep you mindful of what you're doing or not doing each day.0

Here are my goals for your reference:
Stay at or under my calorie target
Only eat measured portions while sitting down (No open bags or containers)
Exercise at least 30 minutes/day
Make at least 3 positive or fun comments to my MFP friends in my news feed
Pre-log if I am eating out
Nikki also has one for getting her daily water intake.0 -

So I blew off exercising today and didn't get in all my water. But I was under calorie goal, which matters more right now. So, yay me.0 -
Ok. I'll start one.
1). Stay at or under calorie count
2) Workout 6 day's a week
3). No alcohol
4) Daily posting on MFP
Last 3 days-

I'm in. I'll go with:
1. Stay under calorie goal.
2. Workout 6 days a week
3. Running 3 days a week
4. Record all food on MFP
Yesterday was not a running day, but...
