Im at an airport hotel (Im there once a month) - I can look out of the window and see

coffee shop with late's and cappuchino - been there
Im sitting in my room after a long hike , drinking water and eating a tuna salad. Whats worse Im feeling good and smug about it

Avoiding myfitnesspal (because I "didn't have enough time") is never a good idea; I ending up bingeing for 5 days in a row. Once I binge, I often try to eat all of my trigger foods so they can no longer tempt me, which I know is not a good mindset. I'm feeling pretty good today and I haven't had many urges in the past 3 days.
