    7/8 to 7/13- 43.67 miles walking/biking
    Total to date - 68.44 of 160 miles
    picnics and company this past weekend, but still time for lots of moving. Finally had 3 days in a row with NO rain and it happened over a weekend! BUT yesterday there were some rain showers and some rain again today. sigh...

    @just_Ceci, I laughed at your comment of putting on your shoes. My poodle, schnauzer & spaniel go crazy jumping, barking & running around in circles. I've gotten to where I do this in a closed room to keep piece! LOL

    I got in a 4.5 mile walk with my neighbor friend this morning while pushing sometimes both grandsons. It was beautiful out! Love middle 60's for outside exercise.

    7/14
    7.77 miles (one legged biking) and .36 mile (two legged biking * half moons) and .1 mile walking
    8.23 miles for 7/14

    8.63 miles total for both days

    26.06 miles done and 23.94 miles to go... :)

    3.1 mile run/walk. Had to keep it short, went to see Magic Mike with my sis-in-law to cheer me up on my last day of vacation. It worked. Boy, it worked.

    Man, it sure makes a difference walking inside in the air conditioning on a treadmill vs outside in the 100+ degree weather!

    Adding 7 miles on the stationary again. Maybe even after my leg is better I should do more of it...seriously REALLY hard for me. I might go to a body pump class tomorrow if I can get myself up early!
