Hit the weight room again today. Ended up sick yesterday. Weirdest thing ever.......went to bed with a 101.5 fever and woke up at 2:30 when it broke however I was really really tired yesterday so I took the day off. Fever lasted all of about 6 hours. After weight room I walked the track until it was time to go eat lunch with Iris.1

Snuck off to the rec center and spent 45 minutes lifting weights. And walked around the lake after painting tulle again1

Last night Yin Yoga at my studio, 75 mins. Holding postures for 5 mins.
Started doing some laundry this morning and we had a flood. Our plan still is to get a walk in after the Town comes and checks this out. Grrrr!

Yesterday I hit the weight room at the rec center. Sadly half of the exercises I do is not in MFP databank. And I walked the lake with the dogs.
Today my knee was killing me so I'm taking it easy.0 -

Tuesday - 17,242 Fitbit challenge and goal was 10,000. Came in 2nd out of 9 + 40 mins walk with hubby.
Wednesday - Yoga Class 75 mins1 -
Walked the lake with the hubby and the dogs and hit the weight room at the rec center.2

I hit the weight room again. But this time a friend came with me. He decided to use more weight than I do. I warned him that he isn't as strong as he thinks. He said that if I can lift that much so could he......... He discovered 1. I'm not as wimpy as I look and 2. He is. Tonight he called me and was complaining about how much he hurt. I said he should do it more often so he wouldn't hurt. I still haven't hit the sore point yet. But that's ok. I don't mind.

Walking 45 min + Work Week Hustle with Fitbit.
I ordered some larger bands for my Fitbit so I can attach them to my ankle when i ride
my bike, otherwise I get no credit for steps.1 -
