Swam for 45 minutes. Raked yard for an hour. Helped stretch chicken wire for a new fence for 3 hours. Walked from the car repair shop to Walmart for 10 minutes to catch the bus home. Got off the bus at my parents house. Helped my mom and then walked 7 minutes home.0

I swam for an hour. Then helped make edible "rocks" in first grade0

Ran 10.65 miles!! Cannot wait for this race to be behind me. 4 weeks from tomorrow then i go back to short runs...0

I swam for an hour and a quarter. Hiked 2 flights of stairs twice. Both times down with ballet costumes in hand. Ballet performance was very fun. Walked my 2 pups around a lake with friends. And for the first time in forever I did not have to slow down the last third of the lake. And I ended up putting 5.75 miles on my legs today. Oddly they don't feel like I walked that far.0

I DID IT FINALLY!!!!!!!!! I had a "rest day" yesterday and only walked 2.16 miles yesterday!!!!!!!! I have been trying to have a test day for a month and it just hasn't worked. Today I am at 4 something miles and I swam for 45 minutes while Iris's class has swimming lessons. They will be swimming for the next 2 weeks at school.0

Nothing. Iris was home sick with a fever and I had a very tight muscle in my neck. I laid in bed with a heating pad on my neck watching tv on the iPad most of the day.0
