    I hope this works and I'm doing this right. Although I have dabbled in several videos throughout my health and exercise journey my favorite in the beginning (at 339.9 lbs) was The 1 mile Weight Loss Walk Video by Leslie Sansone. It may seem a little silly but when you start out as heavy *kitten* did.. Well, let's just say I owe this video ALOT!!! As of Friday I have lost 100.5 lbs (since March 3rd)! I'm still taking in the shock. Anyway.. I hope this meets the requirement. :)

    ETA So it didn't work. Here is the URL. Guess I don't know how to post the video. :/

    Didn't check in last night. Guess I got bitten. I am in DC however doing an event. 55 mile ride this morning. It's gonna be great.

    I don't think we have many survivors. Luckily many have resurrected for the new challenge.lol.
