Walked a little bit w/DH and Bean yesterday and a little bit farther today. Getting him back to what he was walking at a slow pace. Hit the gym early this morning w/DDD then walked w/DH and Bean then got on the bike for an episode of Castle.

I just haven't felt right in a while and it's affecting, well, everything including my walking. Adding in what little walking I have managed in since Wednesday. I am really trying to find a better place and get myself back on track here. Not ready to give up.
Added 3.25 miles for a November total of 27.25 miles.

@Janet: Sometimes other things just take front stage. You will get moving again. I know that I have been burning both ends of the candle here with taking care of my dad, his house, my house, work pressures and all the other stuff. I am looking forward to retirement just so I can get it all done.

@taxmom9093: Hang in there. Do the best you can do. That is all its about. Remember that even a little walk is better then no walk. In the mean time...I will keep you lifted in prayer that you will feel better mentally and physically. Sometimes I just have to make myself go do whatever it is...such as running. I say go for 10 minutes and if I still feel lousy, then Go back but most the time I just push through it and finish it. Or I often think that there are so many people that wish they could walk or run and can't so I should remember how fortunate I am. Just some food for thought. Hope things look better soon.0

Been moving my @ss but I'm not getting many miles from it! It has been absolutely BEAUTIFUL these past few days so I have cleaned windows inside & out, cleaned vehicles plus went & did my sons home.
I am leery to walk outside due to all the hunter's but I did get in 5 miles out there yesterday & today. Also have used the ex bike to bring my total to 99. Life has been VERY busy for me so I'm glad I did not pledge more miles.

Thank you Janet and Clepant. I am hanging in there, just barely I think, but hanging in there anyway. I was able to add 4 miles today, so there is hope.

I'm struggling to get miles in too - it's a big boat we need! But we're determined women and we will get through this. The truly awful wind and rain will pass, as will the bursitis in my hips!!!
On the plus side - I have just had a lovely weekend with my beautiful best friend and her partner (not toooo much in the red - but toooooo few steps)0 -
