    I think I qualify to join the Slackers Club of those that need to kick the turbo booster in ASAP!! :anguished: I've been way overwhelmed with a project that has been consuming all of my free time outside of work. Not sure how much longer it's going to go, but I HAVE to get my @ss moving before I break my scale in two just stepping on it. :laugh:

    Well I am now running with sunrise before going to work and running at sunset when I walk out of my building. My parking lot is well lit and I have a faithful male runner out there running at the same time. It's boring but beats getting hit by a car or run over by a deer.

    I've been working so much overtime and it's dark when I leave the house and dark when I came home- I hate that! Sometimes all you can do is just show up and see what happens. So, I'm trying to get in what walking and biking I can, not always with a smile on my face though...

    Hooray! I'm making progress too. Needed a break from running today so I decided to bike to help with the miles. Now at 32/75. We can do this!

    First ride day in 9 days. Oh how I have missed my cycling, but oh I had no legs either. Legs felt heavy after I was done, but got some miles and an hour done. Got some work to do to get back to where I was.

    11/15 - 03.0 miles walking (his discharge)
    11/16 - 04.0 miles walking (travel day)
    11/17 - 02.0 miles walking
    11/18 - 12.0 miles cycling

    Total: 117.0 miles

    Walked w/DH and Bean then got on the recumbent then went to 1st grade then hit the gym w/DDD and our trainer...a good day!
