    It seems that my every day has turned into every two days. Still moving, so I am counting it as success. Added 7.5 more miles for a November total of 24 miles.

    Headed out now for lunch with Mom and then a supply trip to the college girl. First Veteran's Day without Dad is kinda weird.

    Walked w/DDD early this morning then got on the bike then went shopping then hit the gym this evening w/DDD and our trainer. It was a good day!

    4.8 mile run/walk. Set new personal records for both 1 and 2 mile times. The scale surprisingly behaved this morning after two shifts that involved some stress eating, so I"m saying this has been a good day.
