2 more elliptical miles to make up for some of my Thanksgiving sins Also used the stair machine some but it's floors counted, not miles! Bummer. I do like that machine though and think I'll use it more often.

Guess who made goal today? My 3 mile run this morning puts me at 76/75 woot! woot! Pretty amazing considering how far behind I was 2 weeks ago.

Not going to make goal this month. I still can't quite get back on track. I've hit the wall and I think my body is trying to tell me to take time off. I was thinking maybe hibernating all winter but my bank account is telling me that is not going to happen.0

Dean...I have a bunch of extra miles I'd be happy to share with you!! I'm sure you'll get your mojo back. I go out a buy new exercise "something"...be it a new DVD or an outfit, or shoes...to help me get back into it. I don't know how you would look in sparkly purple running leggings but...
You'll find it...I know you will!

It can be. Sometimes they get a full 12hours of work out of me in those four. But we all say you can do anything for four hours. Psychologically, it's great. I have another one scheduled in about a week and a half.
