    Nov. 27: Got a lot of exercise in today.
    12.29 miles of which I ran 5.25 mile and walked 7.04 miles

    2 more elliptical miles to make up for some of my Thanksgiving sins :) Also used the stair machine some but it's floors counted, not miles! Bummer. I do like that machine though and think I'll use it more often.

    Guess who made goal today? My 3 mile run this morning puts me at 76/75 woot! woot! Pretty amazing considering how far behind I was 2 weeks ago.

    My 3P-7P princess shift got canceled (will miss the weekend $ differential) so I got outside and did a 5 mile run/walk.

    26th: 2.95 miles purposeful walking MTD
    27th: 3.21 miles purposeful walking, MTD
    28th: 1.75 miles purposeful walking, 6.214 stationary bike MTD 139.854

    @kar328 - princess shift has an elegant ring to it - but I bet it's just hard work!

    Well done to anyone who's caught up with their November target - I know a few of us were struggling - some extra stationary bike helped me out - thank goodness for its position relative to a TV.

    Hit the gym early w/DDD then walked w/DH then got on the bike then had lunch w/a friend then shopped...now...nothing!!! bwhahah! I'm going to read for a couple of hours before I go find my pillow. It's been a good Saturday!

    Not going to make goal this month. I still can't quite get back on track. I've hit the wall and I think my body is trying to tell me to take time off. I was thinking maybe hibernating all winter but my bank account is telling me that is not going to happen. :smile:

    You have a tough job, but all the people and pets you help sure appreciate your dedication. Sorry you won't make goal. Hope you can reduce it next month and find a little bit of time to take care of your mental and physcial health.

    Dean...I have a bunch of extra miles I'd be happy to share with you!! I'm sure you'll get your mojo back. I go out a buy new exercise "something"...be it a new DVD or an outfit, or shoes...to help me get back into it. I don't know how you would look in sparkly purple running leggings but... :o

    You'll find it...I know you will!

    It can be. Sometimes they get a full 12hours of work out of me in those four. But we all say you can do anything for four hours. Psychologically, it's great. I have another one scheduled in about a week and a half.
