Awesome!0 -
Nov. 28: 9.5 miles walking 5miles and riding for 4.5 miles
Nov. 29: My knees feel the pounding but I ran 6.48 miles of off hillside trails today with my nephew and walked 5.08 miles
TTD: 285.70 miles
Thought everyone would enjoy a laugh as this big turkey makes a turkey of herself running a 5K on Thanksgiving morning with my nephew's daughter. It was her second 5K and she had a PR.

@Dean: As others said, you work very hard and long hours. I am amazed at all you accomplish. You know better than all of us the importance of listening to your body. Sometimes something has to give and it is better you give your body a break. You will be in the groove with us real soon. In the mean time, just keep moving.0 -

Sorry I've been missing but want to say GOOD JOB to all those hitting goal & HANG IN THERE to those that may not, we do what we can!! I have been seriously been busy plus been hacking my head off. Had to sleep upright (in recliner chair) for four nights but am on the mend. Thank you all for sharing your pics, they are awesome. I have ridden 32 on ex bike & walked pulling middle grandson on the sled for 1.5 miles.

I do appreciate all the advice and concern. I think I'm going to take the advice and drop my goal for next month to 100 miles and see if I can get back in the swing of things.0

Don't go beating yourself over this. You do such good work with pets and families. I am in your corner, if I could, I would give you my bonus miles too.0 -
I am having a problem with motivation because the winter weather has hit us early, my son came close to losing his life during surgery 2 weeks ago, and my bi-polar is just kicking my behind. By the time I decided to take a ride yesterday, it was 3:45 and was pitch dark and 33F by the time I finished. I guess I need to see if I can afford a indoor trainer or something. This pic is me getting home at about 6pm, after riding in the dark for a few more miles. I am done whining now.....
