    No miles for today. Went to a luncheon at work yesterday and stayed for self defence. training till 6 to learn how to disarm deranged gunmen. Ten minutes before it was over I became sick. First for me in at least 8 years. So here I am bed bound with fever, headache and abdominal distress. So goes a big practice run for me tomorrow. My 10 year old niece may have to drag me through the Thanksgiving Turkey Trort she asked me to run with her on Thursday. I feel like a limp noodle. At least I got some miles in yesterday before work.
    Nov. 19: 7.5 miles of running 2.5 miles and walking 5 miles
    Nov. 20: 0 miles and bed rest
    TTD: 196.35 miles
