It's a sweet or savory appetizer type treat that provides a lot of fat and no or very little protein or carbs.
The intended use is for when you feel you aren't getting enough fat in the meals you choose to keep you satisfied.0 -

They are easy to make and usually employ one or more of the following ingredients:
Coconut oil (virgin or refined)
Butter
Cream cheese
Cocoa Butter (virgin or refined)
Unsweetened Cocoa powder
Unsweetened Jello
Nuts (all kinds)
Strawberries and raspberries
Unsweetened Heavy Whipping cream
Different no-calorie sweeteners like: Splenda, Stevia, Monk fruit, etc.
99% of them ~ require no cooking, and are very easy to make.
