Progress so far
SW 91kg
CW 85kg
GW 81kg
Progress has stalled at 85kg after amazing weight loss during initial period. Guess that’s how it goes sometimes. No loss for two weeks now in fact weight has gone up over the past few days. Not really sure why but perhaps I have been more stressed with deadlines st work etc.
Will try to persist with OMAD and hope to reach my goal by the end of the year.0 -
Our bodies are stubborn sometimes....I was in a plateau for a month ---it sucked......stay with the plan it works!! you are doing great!!1

I know how you feel as I think I am at this plateau stage again too However, I know from experience that if I soldier on, I can break this plateau and loose again0

Hi guys hope you all had a lovely thanksgiving and spent some quality time with your loved ones. I am still stuck and struggling at 85 kg but at least I know the problem... it’s your friend and mine, Mr Al K Hol. Hehe
Yes, so my new plan is to go alcohol free 6 days per week. Let’s see how that goes!
So freakin hot here 18-40 C today and tomorrow! We have a lot of smoke around from forest fires too. But at least I have been to the beach for a swim two mornings in a row and have beeen playing a heap of sport this week. So keep going everyone and let’s make one more push before Christmas.1 -

Thanks for all your nice comments regarding my food 😊. I have started to make changes to my diet to eliminate or should I say reduce some of the unhealthy elements. On a positive note have included yoga now to help with overall fitness and flexibility.1
