Well today scale was down. I guess I'm going to just take it with a grain of salt. My nutricianist will just count the morning I go to my meeting. Rained today was trying to do some housework not my cup of tea. Tomorrow is laundry day after church. I need to get a workout in too. This next week I actually have things to do.

    Have a great weekend.

Well I did the funniest thing today. Walked outside for 51 minutes. Came home showered, ate a salad. I was checking Facebook. Next thing I know I wake up and looked at clock said 8:00. I thought to myself why is it dark it's always light by 8:00. Went to bathroom came back, still wondering about it being so dark. Picked up phone and realized it was night. :o

I must of needed the sleep. Scale was down again today not much but down nevertheless. I do better when I drink a lot of water. Well tomorrow is Monday. Weekends fly by.

    Hi

Today is beautiful and I took advantage of it. I walked 70 minutes averaging 3 mph. It was great. Cooling down now and replenishing water. Then took my dogs for a walk too.

YOu sound like you are getting all over this Lottie. Those walks are amazing and it's true once you start sleeping and your body can repair you will see the weight come off. Also when you first start you build up muscle so the loss doesn't seem as big but it's there. Look for it in your clothes and the way you move. IS it easier to move and do things? I'm noticing that and i'm learning (thanks to my psychologist) to look at those as wins rather than the scale. Interestingly enough now i'm concentrating on non scale wins i'm noticing the scale is moving down. It's true that saying about a watched pot never boils. Keep doing what you're doing hon cause you're doing great

I ordered a new protein shake and it was banana creme and cookies & creme. Tried the banana yum. I keep trying different brands so far I like this one best.

Went to a follow up in grief group. It was a good session and lunch was great. Tomorrow is the doctor appointment for physical. I'm not looking forward to going to someone new, but sometimes that is good. I guess I'll know tomorrow. Today was a rest day.

Yeah!!!!!! I'm out of the 170's. I hope I never return. I'm so happy B):D

Had Dr. Appointment and blood work done. He was going to give me a cortisone shot but could get it into the space between kneecap. Tried twice and he and I decided no. So now I'll need to go to a specialist.

I'm going to work out after dinner today. I've never tried this before. Going out to eat so I'm going to try it and see.

Did you have blood work done before you started getting healthier that you can compare your counts to?

Nicely done!!! Great job on your weight loss!

I got cortisone shots in the knees a few times now, and this past time was the best. He had numbed the area, given the shot, and gotten out before I could say ouch. Hope you can find someone to give you a similar experience. I also really hope the cortisone helps you. :)

I have to go back to Dr. said blood test came back and liver & kidney levels were up and wants to go over med's. Also cholesterol was high which I knew that was coming. Statins cause joint pain so I can't take them. So I will see what he says. While I was there he told me the scale there showed 10 lbs. lost in the mid morning with clothes on. Yes!!!! I've ate out last nite and tonite. It's so hard, last night was at someone's house. Tonite was a restaurant. So not sure what scale will show tomorrow. But this will be part of my life need to work with it.

Got my new DVD's longer walking 5 miles anxious to try one. Left knee is sore and swollen where Dr tried to give me a cortisone shot. I will have to try and see what I can do.

    Have a great weekend

    10 pounds? That's awesome!!! Congrats!

The swelling should go down in a day or two. If it isn't better by Monday I'd call the Dr.

    Have a great weekend!

    Well hi everyone

Today was another busy day. Met a friend and went to stamp meeting. It was a blast, you make your own cards. So creative can't wait till next month.

Allergies were bad today. Felt like my nose was a water facet. That's after taking Zyrtec.

Goals for next week, three workouts. Complete household chores and organize at least one room.

Well had to go back to Dr. My labs weren't too good. Liver and kidney test were higher than normal also cholesterol was high. Well he decided to retest in three months. He also reassured me that losing weight will also help. I'm no longer able to use Excederin Migraine or any Tylenol products.

I'm going to knee Dr. At end of April long time to wait. He's supposed to be the best in Kentucky. So I guess he's worth the weight. Last few days have been tough on diet. Will need to get back to it tomorrow. Received a birthday card today in mail for my husband. It made me sad, I couldn't open it. I've been in a funk all day today. Slept a lot during day. No activity, so I need to force the exercise tomorrow.

I can't stay like this. I've worked too hard.
