Well Friday went pretty well with 5 miles and a trip up to see the college kid (that adds about 4 hours in the car). Yesterday only allowed 1.25 miles though, so I am still in trouble here. I have an unexpected free day today, so let's see what I can do. Thanks everyone for the positive energy, it is keeping me hopeful for now.

@JTH11706 I would love to say I took a long bike ride today, but my hip had to remind me I haven't been out there for a while. So I only managed 4 miles on the bike, but I added another 8.5 miles walking too. With that 12.5 miles, I am at 71.25 miles for February. This is possible.
Thanks again for the push everyone. Funny how I don't want to let you all down.

Now I have to admit, I'm a little jealous of all the bonus miles, but I will settle for goal this month. Just under 4 miles and a full day at work might be a challenge, but I will make it work somehow.0 -

Got in 7 on the ex bike at 4:30 this morning.
I will be in it for March but I don't know exactly how many miles to challenge myself. I am under MAJOR stress right now & making sure I move my @ss & getting it posted seems to be more added stress. One day I will post what the major stress is but for now it's between God & me to handle it.
Good job to ALL those hitting their goal, passing their goal & to those not even hitting their goal. Your ALL hero's to me for taking that step to improve your health! Good job!
