    Thanks for the offer, but I think I'll be able to hit the gym at least once before the end of the month to get the miles on the stationary bike!

    Feb. 14: 11.1 miles today. Our temps hit a big 14 today so I got a 8.1 mile run in and 3 miles with the pups this morning and afternoon.
    TTD: 141.25 miles.

    Just had to share this Valentine card. It reminds me of my belated aunt and uncle. Definitely something he would have said to her. Anyway....hope everyone had a wonderful day.

    Ohhh my that sounds nasty! I sure hope you are a good patient & recovery is fast!!!

    I am trying to be a good patient, doing my pt as prescribed and not using my right arm!

    1.3 treadmill miles, one running. Lots of bad weather out there, so it wasn't as crowded as I thought for a holiday.

    I didn't think I would like walking over riding the gym bike, but it is easier to fit in, I just walk whenever I am waiting on work... : ) easy peasy!

    15th: 4.5 miles purposeful walking, 2.97 trail running - MTD 78.80

    Really enjoying running at the moment . . . . no injuries (yet) . . . . slowly building up my stamina . . . the orthopaedic consultant did say that, with care and stretching, I should be able to do at least 5k's . . . so I'm working on it!
