2 mile walk yesterday:
@clepant The shoulder is progressing pretty well, I think. I have my first followup with the surgeon tomorrow. The torture that is otherwise known as physical therapy is going well. I am doing everything I'm supposed to and nothing that I'm not supposed to!0 -
3.1 treadmill mile run at 6.4 mph - 29:05 mins. First time doing that distance since my 5K in early January. It was more of a mind game since I hate the treadmill. Almost lost it when the guy next to me, who started within seconds of me, got off when I had 3/10 of a mile to go. I was tempted to beg him to go longer. But good to finally hit that mental wall on that danged machine.

Kar: I despise the hamster wheel. I messed up my whole running gate last winter running on it. I play all kind of mind games just to get me through the agony. I probably would have offered the guy $5 to stay on longer.
Feb. 22: Jump Rope for Heart Day. Five hours of moving, walking and jumping rope..and a couple mile hike with one of my fur babies afterwards for a total of 12.3 miles

Adding another 3 miles on the XC skis. Skate skiing is TOUGH! I guess I just need more practice. That makes 34 out of 150.

Adding 6 more miles for 46 out of 150. It was nice to start commuting again. I didn't expect that two weeks into February.
Adding 16 more miles. It's good to be outside on the bike again but I forgot how hard it is to lug my fat carcass up the hills. That makes 62 out of 150.

Starting to get discouraged here. Struggled to get to 2 miles yesterday for a February total of 36.5 miles. I'd love to see the new colors and stuff on the spreadsheet (Thanks for your work Dave), but I can't even bring myself to look at it at this point.
Despite my frustration, I do want to congratulate everyone who is at or above goal this month.0
