    9th: 4 miles purposeful walking, - MTD 42.85
    10th: 3.2miles purposeful walking, 2.3 miles slogging ( or was it slow jogging) - beat Saturday's time by a full 50 seconds! MTD 46.85

    Starting the month off right. 25 miles out of 150. Bike and XC skis. Gotta love winter. :smile:

    Adding another 6 miles on the XC skis. That's 31 out of 150.

    Adding another 3 miles on the XC skis. Skate skiing is TOUGH! I guess I just need more practice. That makes 34 out of 150.

    6 more miles on the hamster wheel. That's 40 out of 150.

    Adding 6 more miles for 46 out of 150. It was nice to start commuting again. I didn't expect that two weeks into February.

    Adding 16 more miles. It's good to be outside on the bike again but I forgot how hard it is to lug my fat carcass up the hills. :smile: That makes 62 out of 150.

    Well I knew it was to good to last, the weather started to turn to crap yesterday. But Monday's day on the beach was warm and awesome. I even have tan lines. Another pic from Monday's adventure.

    02/08 - 05.0 miles beach walk
    02/09 - 02.0 miles walking painfully
    02/10 - 14.0 miles cycling trainer
    02/10 - 02.0 miles walking

    Total: 74.0 miles

    Only had time for 7.5 this morning on ex bike with a BUSY day at work then I went & cleaned at my grandsons house, then I walked the halls 1 mile before my hour yoga class.
    Now I am in my recliner relaxing!

    @anaconda469 - Beautiful photo! I can't match it but I do have a photo of my new toy. The fenders came in handy today.
    The titanium frame is really smooth to ride on. Wish I had the money to get a titanium frame when I was young enough to do more ridding. :smile:

    2/02 - 2/03: 4 miles walked (snow storm here so no extra walking!)

    Chaotic few days coming up - catering for 9 adults and two babies for the youngest grandbaby's first birthday on Saturday. Baking and food prep tomorrow - and attempt to get a grip on week 3 of C25k
