March 15: I am putting in long hours this week at work. Managed to take my first graders on their winter pond walk. It reached 70 today.
14.52 miles today of biking 5.52 miles and walking and running 9 miles.
TTD: 156.83 miles
@scarfe9991: I have another long run this weekend and have a 8.1 mile race next weekend. I will be back on trails once my half is done.0 -

79 degrees for my afternoon walk yesterday. I even managed to run a little. My PT said he's okay with that as long as I am careful not to fall. He changed up my homework to include more strength training and working on putting some pressure on the shoulder (think wall push-ups almost). Getting a little better each day!
