    New ttd 46 miles been walking on sand thus week not sure what will happen now as much hotter outside and not very safe for lone walks

    Did great this weekend. I walked three miles on Saturday and then again on Sunday with the pups :)

    Temporarily lost my motivation last week and was too busy to get gym workouts in last week, but today I was able to get back to the gym and have better motivation. Time to play catch-up.

    Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then got on the bike then went to 1st grade. A good day!

    3/11 - 1.93 miles
    3/12 - 10.41 miles
    3/13 - 1.64 miles
    3/14 - 13.50 bike miles
    3/14 - 6.76 miles

    March 15: I am putting in long hours this week at work. Managed to take my first graders on their winter pond walk. It reached 70 today.
    14.52 miles today of biking 5.52 miles and walking and running 9 miles.
    TTD: 156.83 miles

    @scarfe9991: I have another long run this weekend and have a 8.1 mile race next weekend. I will be back on trails once my half is done.

    79 degrees for my afternoon walk yesterday. I even managed to run a little. My PT said he's okay with that as long as I am careful not to fall. He changed up my homework to include more strength training and working on putting some pressure on the shoulder (think wall push-ups almost). Getting a little better each day!

    @Just_Ceci: Glad you are progressing. My kids do those push ups. Just be careful not to fall.

    March15: Too many late nights of work. Overslept by an hour today for the first time in ages. Forgot to set my alarm last night. Heading to bed early.
    Adding 11.85 miles of running 5.5 miles and walking 6.35 miles

    The time change has kicked my butt! Wanted to move my @ss by walking/jogging but by the time I get home from work I have been exhausted. So the next best thing has been the ex bike. 20 miles today.

    Walked w/the boys this morning then got on the bike for 46 mins and an episode of Grimm then went to 1st grade then did some yoga for beginners...my body does not bend like that!! I'll do it again though.
