I have hit goal and didn't realize it. Got so many Masses to sing for Holy Week which starts Sunday, and so much practice to get crammed in.

Oops, got busy at work and didn't make it in to update. Added 3.5 miles. I'm not really happy with it, but if I can get 1 mile in on a busy work day, I will call it a success. Today I have more time, although I am going up to visit the college girl, so the drive will cut into moving time.

@Just_Ceci: I know how you feel. Felt that way after knee surgery but you will be back there again better then ever and tearing up the pavement.
@ Dean: Hang in there.....that stuff is nasty. You are wise to not push it. Feel better and welcome back.
March 17: Four more days of coaching volleyball and I will be free to run and bike longer after work...yippee.
