    I have hit goal and didn't realize it. Got so many Masses to sing for Holy Week which starts Sunday, and so much practice to get crammed in.

    6th: 5.75 miles purposeful walking - along the Prom, then to my son's house to pick up the car - MTD
    7th: 2.75 miles purposeful walking 2.5 running - MTD
    8th: 6.75 miles purposeful walking - pushing my grandson in his buggy - to his swim lesson, to my house, worn out! MTD
    9th: 3 miles purposeful walking - 2.5 running - MTD

    20 miles from ex bike today. Could not venture outside because it was 45* with 40 mile wind gust's. Plus I've been fighting a headache all day. I long to feel well again.

    Let's start the month off right with 29 miles out of 200. :smile:

    Adding 16 miles for 45 out of 200.

    Adding another 13 miles for 58 out of 200.

    Adding 22 miles for 80 out of 200. I need to go to CE next week so I need to get miles in this week.

    Adding another 4 miles for 84 out of 200. Now off to CE.

    Well, a week at the conference and four days with the flu and I'm finally getting back on the bike. 6 miles walking at the conference and 11 miles today and I'm up to 101 miles out of 200. I have to remember not to push it too fast or I'll wear out and be back nursing the flu again.

    Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then got on the bike for 45 mins and an episode of Grimm then went to 1st grade.

    Oops, got busy at work and didn't make it in to update. Added 3.5 miles. I'm not really happy with it, but if I can get 1 mile in on a busy work day, I will call it a success. Today I have more time, although I am going up to visit the college girl, so the drive will cut into moving time.

    After working five shifts in the past six nights, including the worst charge shift of my long career, I'm on vacation. Staying home, or as I put it when coworkers ask where I'm going - "not here."

    It felt so good to get outside and see sunlight. 5.1 mile walk.

    @Just_Ceci: I know how you feel. Felt that way after knee surgery but you will be back there again better then ever and tearing up the pavement.
    @ Dean: Hang in there.....that stuff is nasty. You are wise to not push it. Feel better and welcome back.

    March 17: Four more days of coaching volleyball and I will be free to run and bike longer after work...yippee.
